DESCRIPTION
Take seat behind the controls of the iconic EMD SD40-2 and get to experience the feel of a true diesel-electric locomotive right from your computer. We reached out to JointedRail to bring over their fantastic line of products to Dovetail Games' Train Simulator. Our new locomotives deliver a very realistic running experience build upon true-to-life feedback from actual engineers and conductors.
An icon of post-merger identity, the BNSF Phase 2c SD40-2s in this bundle are represented in their pre-PTC, pre-renumber (2006) configuration. These units feature the Heritage 1 paint scheme in two variants, and 3 variants of former Burlington Northern that was visible until the massive lease returns of 2006. While easily changeable to run in the post-renumber series, we wished to present you a return-to-form of the grit of railroading with this raw experience of power and control.

THIS PRODUCT IS DRM-PROTECTED AND REQUIRES A ONE-TIME ACTIVATION DURING FIRST USE. A SINGLE LICENSE ALLOWS THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT ON TWO SEPARATE COMPUTER SYSTEMS.
Product serials are delivered through email and are NOT interchangeable between products. Please refer to your "Searchlight Simulations Product Activation" email for details and activation instructions.

Product updates are available on the "Downloads" section below. Re-downloading a product from your account or order confirmation email will NOT provide you with the latest version of a product.
To install an update or patch, simply move all contents within the archive (.ZIP file extension) and drag them into your main railworks directory: "YourDrive:/..../steamapps/common/railworks".
NOTE: YOUR RAILWORKS DIRECTORY MAY DIFFER. MAKE SURE TO USE THE CORRECT LOCATION FOR YOUR INSTALL. ALLOW ANY EXISTING FILES OR FOLDERS TO BE OVERWRITTEN IF ASKED TO.
WARNINGS
Save and resume scenarios, simple controls or other external controllers such as XBOX or PS4 are NOT supported. Make sure to read through the operating manual of this product before attempting to use it.
THIS PRODUCT WILL RUN ON TRAIN SIMULATOR 64-BIT EDITION ONLY. TRAIN SIMULATOR 32-BIT EDITION IS NOT SUPPORTED.
